Some ITSM pages are not properly displayed with Google Chrome<\/strong> on MidTier 8.1.02<\/strong>. The part of ITSM page is hidden (the controls are not display because of a big blank area in the left side).<\/p>\n

With IE<\/abbr> and Firefox, the issue does not occur.<\/p>\n

The following quick workaround resolves the issue.<\/p>\n

  1. \n
    Go to <midtier install directory>\/resources\/saf\/stylesheets<\/code> directory.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
  2. \n
    Backup existing ARSystem.css<\/strong>.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
  3. \n
    Open ARSystem.css<\/strong> with any text editor.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
  4. \n
    Then, remove the folloing text.<\/div>\n
      \n
    1. \n
      fieldset.PageBodyVertical div.pbChrome{position:absolute;overflow:hidden;}<\/code><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
    2. \n
      Flush Browser cache.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
